Success Stories

Delivering measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and profitability for injection molders and extrusion processors worldwide.

"MD Plastics' screw and barrel retrofit on our 20-year-old machine gave it new life. The improvement in shot-to-shot consistency and overall performance is remarkable. We were considering replacing the entire machine, but their solution was far more cost-effective and delivered excellent results. Smart investment that extended our equipment life."

Daniel Foster

"We purchased their complete plasticating system package - screw, barrel, non-return valve, and nozzle. The components work together seamlessly and have transformed our processing capabilities. MD Plastics' systems engineering approach ensures optimal compatibility between components. Setup and commissioning support was excellent. Highly recommended."

Christopher Davis

"The analytical consultation process MD Plastics provided was worth the investment. They used their Melt-IQ system to diagnose issues we couldn't identify with standard process monitoring. The recommendations they made improved our process capability index substantially. Their scientific approach to troubleshooting is impressive and effective."

Kevin Barnes

"The screw and barrel set we ordered for processing medical-grade silicone has performed exceptionally. The surface finish and material selection are perfect for our stringent requirements. MD Plastics understood our regulatory needs and provided complete material certifications. Process validation went smoothly. Reliable partner for critical applications."

Dr. William Chen

"We ordered custom feed screws for our compounding extruders. MD Plastics' design improved our mixing efficiency and reduced residence time variability. Output consistency is much better, and we're hitting target specifications more reliably. The engineering team was collaborative throughout the design process. Very pleased with the results."
