The Inject-EX™ separates the Melt Pool from the Melting Chamber by achieving instantaneous shutoff as soon as screw rotation stops. The separation allows for Melt Pool sensing/analysis in a manner that is very precise. In this sense, the use of Melt Decompression and Back Pressure perform differently than in any other process.

b). The nozzle orifice is not restricted to the Extruder size/output which allows
for the use of Small nozzle orifices. - Injection of the Polymer is not oriented as the same path as the print bead which ultimately provides structural strength in transverse directions than the bead / build.
